    An emergency loan fund of $500,000 allocated by COIDA and managed by OOC to provide zero-interest, 180-day loans to small businesses (50 employees or less) with a maximum of $10,000 available to support operations and employment directly impacted by COVID-19 has been created.     Due to the novel coronavirus, Operation Oswego County office remains closed to the public. Entry to our office is by appointment only. We have recently installed a service window in our vestibule for clients. Note that you must wear a mask and use hand sanitizer to conduct business through our service window. If you have an immediate need, you may reach out to our staff through our main number, 315-343-1545. We ask for your patience during this difficult time.
