Holst Appointed to OOC Board of Directors
OSWEGO, NY—Roy Clark, Dunkin Donuts
franchisee owner and vice president of operations and Ellen Holst,
health division director for Oswego County Opportunities (OCO),
were recently elected to the board of directors of Operation Oswego
County, a private, non-profit economic development organization
that works to enhance and protect the business climate of Oswego
County.
Clark has more than 30 years of food service
senior management experience and currently oversees operations for
41 Dunkin Donuts facilities. In addition, he manages the development
of new sites, buildings and remodeling efforts. Clark also serves
on the Syracuse Brownfield Task Force and is involved with several
Chambers of Commerce and volunteer organizations throughout Oswego
County and the Central New York region.
Holst is responsible for directing operations
for two full-time and three part-time OCO health centers and related
programs including Rural Health Network, Migrant Services, Cancer
Services and Women, Infants and Children (WIC). She also leads strategic
planning and evaluation efforts for all services, and ensures fiscal
viability and federal, state and local regulatory compliance. Her
professional affiliations include Oswego County Board of Health,
Oswego Health Board of Directors, Rural Health Network of Oswego
County and the Community Health Care Association of New York State.

have the expertise and experience necessary to establish and implement
targeted economic development strategies to enhance the economic
health and vitality of our community,” said L. Michael Treadwell,
CEcD, executive director of OOC. “Roy and Ellen bring a wealth
of experience that will help facilitate OOC’s goal of expanding
Oswego County’s economy.”
