OOC is a private, non-profit economic development corporation whose mission is to establish and implement economic development strategies to enhance the economic vitality of Oswego County’s businesses and citizens. Pictured is Bonnie Bostian, Entergy’s FitzPatrick plant communications manager and L. Michael Treadwell, CEcD, OOC executive director.
