Programs run from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Each seminar includes a light breakfast.he cost for each seminar is $12 for members and $15 for non-members. The WNET 2010-2011 (Sept. 10-Aug.11) membership cost is $25. PLEASE NOTE: All programs are held at the SUNY Oswego Phoenix Center in the Oswego County Industrial Park, Phoenix (exit 14, state Route 481).
